Jonathan is the ultra-supportive husband of Dr. Mills. He has a masters in business operations and is fluent in Spanish. Jonathan enjoys continuous improvement and believes a key component to improving access to care is improving efficiency in the veterinary space. When he is not working he is helping to raise their 2 daughters, taking care of their yard, managing their finances, playing pickleball, and just being awesome. Passionate about teamwork and precision, he’s excited to transfer skills from the corporate world to RAD pets.
Dr. Marr has always been passionate about animal welfare and accessible pet care. While living in Portland OR she owned a low cost clinic serving both public and rescue pets. She currently volunteers on the board for Puplandia (https://www.puplandiadogrescue.org) and is excited to continue providing excellent surgical and dental care at RAD pets.
Brianna has experience working in the shelter setting, private practice, and at several non-profit spay/neuter clinics. She has joined Dr. Mills on spay/neuter trips and believes strongly in helping bring affordable surgery and dentistry to all pets. Brianna has a love for helping the feral cat population and is an advocate for their care

Mikayla brings a passion for efficiency and uncompromising care to RAD pets. She is both encouraging and inspiring with her ideas on how to make pet care affordable to all. She enjoys volunteering on spay/neuter trips and is currently training to become a licensed veterinary technician.
Brittany has joined the RAD pets team as our customer service representative and will be taking care of our social media, email, and phone calls. She has years of experience working in the veterinary field and is dedicated to making pet owners a priority here at RAD.
Chelsea is creative and caring. She brings a passion for learning and is constantly improving her knowledge to ensure all pets receive the highest standard of care. With plans of becoming a veterinarian in the future, she is excited to be a part of the RAD pets team now.
Tempest is organized and compassionate. Although she is new to the field of veterinary medicine, she is a fast learner who is already building a solid foundation of knowledge.
